At Acmecare Montessori Academy, we aim to make the admission process as smooth and welcoming as possible. Our admission steps are designed to help you understand our school’s offerings and ensure a perfect fit for your child’s educational needs.
Step 1: Initial Inquiry
• Parents/Guardians are invited to reach out to us by visiting our school.
• Our admin will contact you to provide additional information and answer any questions you may have about our school.
Step 2: School Tour & Orientation
• On demand, you can schedule a tour to explore our facilities, meet some of our teachers, and experience our school environment firsthand. Please note that while we aim to provide a comprehensive view of our school, we reserve the right to limit access to certain areas during the tour. This policy helps us maintain a safe and uninterrupted learning environment for our students.
• During the tour, we’ll provide an overview of our curriculum, teaching approach, and values.
Step 3: Application Submission
• Complete the application form provided during your visit.
• Submit the completed application form along with the required documents, including:
- Birth certificate or other age verification(original copy for sighting).
- Previous school records (if applicable)
- Medical records or health clearance
- Application fees may apply, payable at the time of submission.
Step 4: Assessment and Interview
• For primary school applicants, we conduct a short assessment to gauge your child’s academic level. This helps us understand their strengths and identify any areas where additional support may be beneficial.
• Nursery school applicants may not require an assessment, but a brief interview with the child and parents will help us understand the child’s background and needs.
Step 5: Admission Decision
• Following the assessment and interview, we will review all submitted materials.
• You will receive an official admission decision within a week.
Step 6: Enrollment and Payment
• Upon acceptance, you’ll be provided with an enrollment packet, which includes detailed instructions on uniform requirements, school policies, and fee schedules.
• To confirm your child’s spot, please complete the enrollment packet and arrange for fee payment.
Step 7: Orientation for New pupils
• We offer a welcome orientation for new pupils and parents before the school year begins. This event helps pupils get acquainted with their classmates, teachers, and the school routine.

• Passport-sized photographs
• Immunization/medical records
• Previous school records (if applicable)
